Dr. Yang Dai, MD, PhD, is the Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development Science, Hematology and Nephrology, Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease. Dr. Dai joined Alexion in January 2013 and has been focusing on advancing Alexion's complement pipelines. Prior to joining Alexion, Dr. Dai worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, sanof-aventis, and Amgen Inc. Dr. Dai received his medical degree and general surgery training from the China Medical Univeristy in China. Dr. Dai also received a PhD degree in Pharmaceutics from Univeristy of Washington in Seattle WA.
