Learning Objectives:

Report the prevalence of leukemia in patients with sickle cell disease who do not undergo curative therapies.
Describe the risk of leukemia after graft failure, mixed chimerism, and gene therapy for sickle cell disease.
Investigate clonal hematopoiesis as a risk factor for leukemia following curative therapies for sickle cell disease.
