Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participants will be able to identify changes in cardiac function that occur in children and adults with sickle cell disease.
Upon completion, participants will be able to describe the effects of sickle cell disease modifying therapy and cardiac-selective therapies on cardiac function in people with sickle cell disease.
Upon completion, participants will be able to better understand the burden and risk factors for arrhythmias in people with sickle cell disease.
Upon completion, participants will be able to better explain the cardiac remodeling that occurs after people with sickle cell disease undergo allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
